* If your bike has heated grips but does NOT have factory bar end weights, a Wrist Rest CANNOT be installed without converting to a different handlebar and/or grip system.

** The reason it says HANDLEBAR MUST BE MEASURED, is because it's impossible, with some years and models, to predict which of two possible handlebar dimensions you might have. The INSIDE diameters measure either 15.5mm (appx 5/8") or 17.5mm (appx 11/16"). We recommend checking the handlebar of any 2 valve K100 (without heated grips), K75, or air-cooled R bike to be sure which Wrist Rest fits.

Models without factory bar-end weights will require one BMW insert assembly per side:
