Well, our Footpeg Lowering Kits offer a simple solution. Now you can enjoy those longer rides free from leg or knee discomfort — without major modifications to your motorcycle. The kits come with everything you need, install easily, and the difference to the appearance of your bike is barely noticeable. The R12GS footpeg kit is available now. These are replacement pegs made from 2024 aluminum. The rubber inserts are from the factory pegs. Foot position is 1.4" lower and .4" more forward. New springs are included. Ground clearance will not be an issue except in radical corner leaning. (Our guess is that if you ride that way, you're not interested in lowering your footpegs in the first place.)
