Specifically designed for use with a motorcycle or scooter, BMW's roomy new Commuter Bag is made of rugged, waterproof (but not sealed) nylon and features several individual compartments. Most important is the center space for your laptop. The main strap is removable, as is the waist belt which is added to keep the bag securely nestled while riding. The Commuter Bag is also equipped with fabric padding that insulates it from the rider, with additional impact protection from the large plastic corners on the bottom that allow the bag to stand on its own. Large Velcro strips team with two large clips to secure the front flap, made large enough to operate with a gloved hand. Inside, the various individual compartments offer ample space for documents, folders and cell phones. There's even a slot for your CD/MP3 player, complete with a perforated output for the headphone line. Outside, generous amounts of reflective material on the front lap enhance safety while reinforced corners and sides give fragile items additional impact protection.
